Hello from North east Georgia

I'm from Georgia. I use my OLD COUNTRY BBQ PIT to smoke all meats and also I have a home made smoker I use when not enough room to cook all that is needed. I have a total of 4 grills and 1 of them is gas. my wife uses it and leaves the others for me.
