Hello All;

My wife gave me a great Christmas gift - a MES 30! A couple of my buddies from my cigar forum have been giving me some great guidance, but I have enjoyed reading the forum posts here. Have already gotten some great ideas from the 2 weeks that I have been looking through the threads.

So far I have smoked a ham and smoked some ribs on Saturday which everyone really loved.  Looking forward to trying different rubs and meats in the near future.
