Hello from New England

Hi all, just got into smoking (for the first time today) and ended up with more questions than answers (I guess most everyone does after their first time),  unless you are from a place that bbq and smoking is an everyday thing.  Up here in N.E. it isn't so that's why I'm here, hoping to get some bbq tips to improve my skills.
