Ready to get going. Just got my a-mazin-smoker today. Looking at electric smoker, like mes 30 ver 2.5, but worry about the Bluetooth interface. Will wait for the sale this fall and look for noted improvements from Masterbuilt. For sure electric, I don't want to learn how to keep a fire/temp and how to cook at the same time. Just want to master the flavor, after all that is the goal, flavor. Thanks all for the great suggestion already.
