Hey folks,

New to the site, but not smoking.  I've been smoking for quite awhile now on a Weber for family and friends but I want to get serious now and decided to upgrade cookers.  So I'm wondering where is my money best spent, a water cooker or a dry cooker?  I've been looking at Lang pits and water cookers like Jacks Old South.  Any input is greatly appreciated!

Glad you joined us Neil from just a few miles north of you! :welcome1:
Makes sure you look at the Yoder line of smoker; heavy built, quality smokers at a competitive price with great customer service and they offer both off sets and pellet grills.

Welcome to SMF. You'll like it here for there are a lot of good folks here that would just love to see your smokes and share whatever you might need. Now for your smoker question I would go with the Lang. I have cooked on one many times and they are the best to me.
