Hello From Nampa, Idaho

I live here in the Blue Bird state with my wife JoAnn.  I have been smoking (meats) for almost 50 years.  Some professional and some back yard.  I have a gas grill i smoke on and also a 50 gallon drum smoker, and just bought a smoker from HSN and I am having fun with that one now.

I love to fish and smoke them.  I enjoy smoking and cooking for the family and friends.

I enjoy new challenges and different ways to "getter done"

I'm looking forward to being part of this site.  As they say at our house "Dad's smoking, let's eat!"
