Hello from MO

    Thought I'd post on the roll call like Tulsajeff recommended as its a good way to get to know people. Not really new to smokin but thought I'd find me a place to look around and see what people around the world cook !! Name is Kyle. Been a meat cutter almost as long as I could look over the table top. Started out as a kid helpin butcher from start to finish on the farm. Worked at a retail shop thru high school. Took a job farming for awhile. Been back in the retail meat cutting business now for @7 years. I'm currently 33 years old and meat IS MY LIFE. Dream of havin my own little shop in the country where we live someday.

    We love to see pictures of what you are cooking (or what we call q-views here at SMF).  To "upload the q-views" just follow the directions here and it will be easier. If you are using a cell phone, an IPad or a kindle, go to the main SMF page and click the Mobile button. Will make the uploads a bit faster too.

    If you didn't read the "SMF User Guidelines" .....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums and some guidelines of how to interact within the forums. Off site links are not allowed here at SMF per TulsaJeff. Not that you have done anything wrong....just a little bit of FYI for new members!

    If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!

    I admire you for your profession! I've been butchering wild game over the past several weeks and if I had to be a butcher everyday of my life, I'd turn vegan!!!
