Hi all, my son introduced me to smoking & smoking-meat.com almost 2 yrs ago just didnt do the forum thing. Started with a LCB to see if I would do enuf to justify a better equipment. Now using a BSK & a MES 40. Smoked nearly recipe in Smoking Meat book & most of what is in Myron Mixon's book. Still learning & loving it tho.
