Haha no looking back! If you're anywhere near Costa Mesa, I suggest trying Beach Pit BBQ. It's the best I've had out here, and big portions too.

Thank you! What city are you in? I'm in Oakland. For now, but not gonna lie, I've been thinking about packing up and moving back to the south.

I am 10 miles north of you on the Hayward fault. Nice to see another local smoker.

Amen BBQBeth! Truth be told, I don't miss the cold, but I love heat and humidity. Makes my old creaky bones feel brand new!

I have heat without the humidity except for about 8 weeks a year. I love it (but remind me of that when 108 rolls around in June/July.
