Greetings everyone. I just purchased my first smoker. Got the master built 20070910 30inch. I got it seasoned yesterday and then today I did some chicken leg quarters and a pork loin. Everything went great and the family loved it. Had a really good taste, I smoked with apple wood. I can see I will be spending a lot of time here. Lots a great information.
