Been lurking a while but thought I'd sign up and introduce myself to the group. I currently do all my smoking with an MES30 and am toying with the idea of adding an UDS to my smoker inventory. Thanks for all the great info on this site! I look almost every day for ideas.

I want a UDS myself. Was thinking of an 18" 30 gal.
