In case any of you R.T. guys were wondering, the Green mountain pizza attachment fits perfectly in my R.T. Beast 1000, no mods or bending tabs needed, it's a direct fit. I'll probably attempt to make my dough tonight so it's ready by Tuesday or Wednesday.
It's been a little bit since I made pies, we'll see how it goes.

I don't know why I never thought of doing that, I guess because when I cook T.T. I do it the way the old Potragee Cowboys taught me back in the 1980s at local get-togethers, and cattle roundups. Salt Pepper, onion powder is all they used, I add roasted garlic powder to mine.
I coat the roasts in light olive, or avocado oil and season heavily, then grill them HOT.HOT, HOT, and fast over real Oakwood coals, turning them every minute or two to get a nice char. Serve with fresh corn tortillas, chimichurri, and Char'o/Portgee beans, and you got a mighty fine meal.

I am gonna try the coffee rub on the next one I do, which rub do you use?

Portgee & Dego are terms of endearment with me and my family, not derogatory in the least, just y'all knows.

Thanks for the great idea.
Dan.
I use coffee rubs on my tri tips. Delishish
I used some espresso on a NY steak that I grilled last night.
My rub was S.P.G and espresso powder. Even though I over cooked them the flavor was amazing. I will be adding espresso powder to my beef rub way more often.

Thanks a bunch for the great idea.

Hey Dan, I just ordered some Ancho Espresso rub from Lanes. Gonna give that a rip.

Also order their Hot Honey...Hoping it has some heat. I like the Meat Church hot honey, but the heat cooks out pretty good.

Let me know gow you like them please.
I swear, I have at least 15 different rubs in this house. The funny thing is Noni's food always taste better to me.
She mainly used spgo. She was an amazing cook though. Im nowhere near her level. Not even close!!!

I love my RT flagship. I still have a stick burner I will use when time permits or if I want to change it up but I've been using the hell out of my RT.

The only thing I will add is you can amazon a smoke tube very cheap if you want to add some smoke flavor. I don't always use it but just depends on what I'm smoking and which temps.

The Lane's HH has GREAT flavor with a mild heat. I picked this one up from WM and while I haven't cooked anything with it yet, it is 🔥 just from the bottle.
Hope it cools down some with I do use it.
