Hey everyone,
I've been browsing this forum for years and thought it's about time I become a member!
I currently have 4 grills in my backyard; two Webbers, a Pitmaster smoker and a cheap propane grill that I snatched up off the curb last Friday. I haven't used propane in years, but with 3 kids and a limited amount of time this grill will be good for a quick braut or burger!
Next weekend I'm having company so my menu is going to look something like this:
Friday: Smoked Brauts in a beer, butter bath with peppers and onions served on toasted french bread slathered with dijon & homemade kraut!
Saturday: Smoked brisket and chicken with smashed potatoes and sweet corn!
Sunday brunch: Pasties with all the leftovers smothered in beef gravy. I'm not sure what this will taste like, but I can't wait!!!
If anyone has tips on "bomb" burnt ends, I'm all ears! I've done them multiple times and they've been good each time, just not Wow.
Happy Grilling!
Archie
