Just wanted to say hello, have heard a lot of good stuff about this forum so thought I would check it out. I am now the proud owner of a Camp Chef smokepro se pellet grill, before that all of my smoking was done on a barrel smoker with offset fire box. I am really pleased with my pellet grill purchase and wished I had gotten one earlier. I have a pork butt on it as I type this, the first thing I did on it was a some baby backs that came out amazing. I have only had it 4 days now and I can see I will use it for much more then a smoker
