Just saying Hello and thank you in advance for all of the great information shared on this site. I have been wanting to venture further into low and slow smoking method for a very long time. I have been using the Weber Kettle for some time with limited results, Purchasing today a Char Broil Duo with side smoker for some additional experimentation. Looking forward to reading furhter into the wealth of info from all of the experts on this site. maybe someday i can contribute as well. Thanks....
