Hello from Maryland

Hello from Maryland. I've been a long time fan of smoked foods. I was born and raised in south Georgia and was transplanted to Maryland back in the 90's. I currently smoke using a Bayou Classic and two Bradley digital smokers. I recently have been bitten by the bug to start making sausages and bacon and have been a long time fan and lurker of the Smoking Meat Forums.
