Hi everyone! Happy to be part of the community! I've been reading these forums (lurking) for quite a while now. I finally got my first smoker and I'm so excited to start putting out some food. I've learned a lot from all of you, so thank you already! I got a master built vertical charcoal smoker for Father's day along with charcoal chimney, probe thermometer, door seal, and royal oak lump charcoal. Probably going to pick up some wood later today and then I can put it together and season it! Can't wait to out out some picture worthy (or not) que for you all! I'm from Monson Massachusetts by the way!
