Hello to all.im 32 from Louisiana.been telling the wife for 2 years now I'm going to build a smokehouse.well with life getting in the way I'm just getting around to building it.3/4 of the way done with it.making beef sticks in the oven now as I type.been reading here on a wealth of info.cant wait to get my smokehouse done just in time for the cool weather and hunting
