Hello, new to smoking, fathers day gift and it may be the best FD gift I ever got. First rack of ribs turned out way better than I expected, after grilling my whole life these "smoked" ribs were the best thing I've ever made in the back yard and it was my 1st try. Looking forward to learning from the forums, cant wait to fire the smoker back up in a few hours.
