I wanted to check in after roaming the site for several weeks waiting for my smoker to be delivered. Currently station in Jacksonville with a new obsession to add to the other ones my wife hates. (Thanks to a new friend) I have a MES w/o the window, which is smoking chicken as I type my introduction. I love cooking and by adding a smoker to my arsenal of tools makes for some interesting meals. Looking to learn more about smoking and trying new recipes still brand new.
