I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I am new to smoking, I recently purchased a 2.5 Gen MES 30 from Masterbuilt. Got it all seasoned and trying my first smoke tomorrow with the AMNPS, Planning to smoke chicken, Then over the holiday weekend this month plan to give Pork Butt a shot!
