New guy here, just wanted to say hey. Been checking out tips for ground beef jerky and thought, hey I might want to join cause this site is loaded with info. Purchased a GMG Jim Bowie last fall, still getting used to it. Built my first UDS a few years ago and turned out some awesome bbq. Hope I can make some new bbq friends here, share some ideas and tricks, and learn a lot more.
