Wanted to introduce myself. I live in Boilermaker country in Indiana and have smoking for about 3 years off and on. My first smoker was a brinkman bullet smoker that a friend gave me for free. I just got a char griller superpro with sfb and have already modded it. (Smoking some polish sausage as i type). Im in the banking biz and have a lovely wife (bought me the super pro for my birthday) and a 1 year son. I love smoking chicken and am looking forward to doing some pork and beef soon.
