Howdy! New member checking in. I've been smoking anything that would hold still for a few hours for years. I have been lurking here for awhile now and finally decided to register and chime in. I hope to learn and contribute as much as I can. See y'all in the trenches.

Welcome to the board! What kind of equipment are you using? I have an offset and a Weber.

My small smoker is a Oklahoma Joe Longhorn, my bigger one is a 3'X4' pit on a trailer.
I cook mainly to eat throughout the week and an excuse to relax and drink good bourbon. I also cook for anyone that asks. I've done weddings, birthdays and party's for as many as 200. I love to cook as much as just about anything.

Cool beans! I haven't done any large-scale cooking but I love to tinker with grilling/smoking. Here's a clink of iced tea at you, and where's the bourbon?

Welcome to the forum, great place to learn and share, looking forward to seeing you around.
