Hey y’all from Euharlee
I’ve been weekend/special event smoker for 15+ years…. I built em, bought em, broke em, burned em, had one flip while being towed - so I guess I’ve wrecked em too!
I’d cook outside any day, rather than in the kitchen

I’ll always have some store bought rubs around, but I like trying homemade Sometimes it’s a hit and sometimes I throw the recipe away forever

Given the choice, I’ll pick pork ribs or loin to cook
