A couple of weeks ago I made a comment in a cooking post that we were having our guest bathroom renovated. It is complete now so I thought I would post an update for anyone interested in how it came out. This is our guest bathroom that will be mostly used by our live in niece.

Good for her, it's even slightly nicer than ours. Travertine tiles, lighted mirrors and wood looking ceramic floor tiles that match other parts of the house.

Multi head shower. Damn! Now she will be in there until the hot water runs out.

The lighted mirrors were my wife's idea. It's actually pretty cool.

The medicine cabinet has a lot of storage and is out of the way.

We also had the cabinet-sinks and mirror replaced in our master bath so they would match.

This will also be nice when we have guests over. The hard part will be making her keep it clean and not clutter it up.

Wow, looks like it turned out great, Chris.
I really like the shower fixtures.

My wife and me are looking at having both of our bathrooms, and kitchen done after the holidays. The kitchen will be the expensive one. I'll save a few bucks by setting the sink, faucet, disposal and dishwasher in the kitchen .
In the bathrooms I'll set the toilets é, hook up the lavies and trim out the tub and shower fixtures. I'm completely OCD about setting trim and caulking.
I was the trim guy on massive projects in SF, so Im pretty damn good at it.
As long as the rough in work was done properly, setting finish trim is a breeze for me. Two hrs max in the kitchen and an hr for each bathroom.

Can't wait to get ours finally remodeled.

Looks good West Coast Chris, but where's the floor model urinal for those elder folks whose aim isn't so good anymore?
