I love to cook and grill and for Christmas i recived a 18.5 WSM I absolutely love it. I have had several successful cooks on it so far and my family and friends have enjoyed some great meals. Some have been inspired from this forum so i would like to thank you all and hopefully i can share some ideas in return.
