I've been lurking for while, look forward to learning from the old hands. My wife gave me a Master Forge 1600 watt electric smoker for Christmas, this will be my first venture into the realm of electric any advice is appreciated. Currently I cook on a homemade vertical smoker, a pretty much standard propane grill, several dutch ovens, a homemade campfire grill, and the electric smoker. At any rate I'm glad to be here and look forward to much positive interaction.
