Hello all!
I'm from Connecticut and have been smoking with my Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker for almost a year.
So far I've smoked three boneless turkey breasts, six racks of ribs and two briskets. All have turned out great!
I bought Jeff's book over the summer and just bought his recipes and joined SMF today. I'm going to smoke my first whole turkey for Christmas dinner and want to use Jeff's rub and "lots of butter" turkey recipe.
I can't wait to try more recipes as the new year arrives.
