Hello from Colorado!!

Hi everyone.  It's time to quit reading all the posts and start posting some stuff.  First, thanks for all the great information and recipes from all of you.  I started smoking a few years ago with a MES30 and now built my own fridge conversion.  I am currentyly in the process of smoking something for the first time on it!!!  Very exciting to have so much more room in the smoker.  I got into smoking things because I am an avid hunter and love smoked sausage and jerky from my animals.  I also love Q'd food, you just can't beat it!!  I have some pics and will post when they are done.  Thanks for all the info and I look foreward to chatting more with everyone!!
