Started a boneless pork shoulder that was about 3/lb around 430pm. Didn't know i needed to do dinner then surprise. Got a decent deal on so let's ride. Momma wants pulled pork. Running about 325 but might go higher soon.

Pork shoulder is harder to dry out than some other meats because of all the fat. You should be fine...let us know how it turned out!
 
It's boneless. Pretty flat but one side is a bit fatter. If she wanted to eat early, she could have cooked???
