Good day to all. I am an avid outdoor sports enthusiast, and new to the food smoking hobby. I purchased a Bradley P10, and have made progress toward achieving my desired results but I have really learned that I have a lot to learn. I look forward to doing so.

The other thing I would recommend to newbies is search the recipe for Dutch's wicked beans. You can tweak it but you can't beat it. You'll look like a side master first time out.
