Just joined after searching for a recipe on smoked blade roast and I stumbled on this amazing looking site! Why couldn't I have found this before!?!
As the title suggests I'm from Canada; southern Ontario to be exact. I've been producing smoked meats outta my Bradley electric smoker now for 5yrs.....don't let me fool you though I've screwed some stuff up too lol....but still edible. My favorite smoked items include: salmon, ribs, sausage, too sirloin roast for sammies and pork shoulder for the best pulled pork!!!
Now for me to search through the huge amount of content here for some new items to throw in the smoker. Catch ya later!
