Hello I'm Gary I'm from the most southern part of Canada Windsor. I own a Oklahoma Joe highland I'm new to smoking my own at home but love going to the BBQ joints for smoked ribs or pp thought it was time to start making it my self. I really love the lay out of the forum and how easy is is to find good recipes with pictures that helps alot thanks.. Gary
