Good evening from the Plains of Alabama! Dropping in now that I finally own a smoker!

My dad bought me a new Traeger as a wedding present, and he’s been a member for years. Happy to finally join the community and learn about the art of smoking meat! Maybe I’ll share my Alabama white sauce recipe at some point.
