And coming to the site for a long time for recipes and ideas lots of good stuff. Bought a WSM in 2002 and never looked back. I bought a 22 last week just cooked a brisket on it last night.

Welcome to the site and congratulations on the 22. Plenty of WSM users are members.

That's my second full brisket came out pretty good I went a little too long 205-210 degrees. First one was 203 207 degrees and it was perfect both of them are really moist and tender and juicy. I cooked both at 250f this time I used Post Oak i like it.
