Love smoking meats.  Novice and need to get more experience under the belt.  I have the 30" MasterBuilt Home Depot model and love it so far.  Very hard to regulate temps, gets too hot but I'm working out the kinks.  Going to try "cracking" the gas valve open on the tank vs fully open.  Anyhow, this is a great forum and I look forward to meeting others and gaining lotsa knowledge.  Peace!
