Hello everyone

My name is Brian and I just registered on this forum today. I live in Galena, IL and whenever the weather permits, you can usually find me either grilling or smoking something for my family and friends. I have a Weber kettle grill and a bullet style smoker. I'm strictly a "charcoal guy" but am considering adding an electric smoker to my collection because the winter months here make charocoal nearly impossible to keep a steady temp with. I enjoy experimenting with different types of recipes and making my own up as I go. I also like to make homemade BBQ sauces. I'm looking forward to meeting you all and sharing tips/recipes/ideas etc.
