First post for me, just became a member last week. My buddy and I built a smoker last year for him it's 30"W X 20"D X 72" Tall, all stainless steel, works great!! Now I picked up a old commercial frig,all stainless to make one for myself. It's about 60"W X 20"D X 72" Tall. We like to do alot of sausage and snack sticks. I also have a GMG pellet grill that I just love. I'm looking to add a smoke daddy to it for some extra smoke for doing smaller stuff like hams and chickens. If any one has some ideas for heating or generating smoke for my big smoker I would like to hear them! Always open to others ideas!
