Hello everyone, I am Joey, I have been Grilling for 20+ years but only started Smoking about 4-5 years ago. My favorite are Brisket, Pork Shoulder and recently Fatties. 

I joined today because I have been enjoying the awesome tips throughout this forum and wanted to say thank you and maybe contribute a little bit in the future.
