For those that like Pho Jet Tila has a quick very good broth recipe. Better than some restaurants I been to. Pho the reason I have my indoor garden going with Thai Basil.

Nice Brian, and i'm with the others,
I really was not sure what it is, or like ,

I love me some hot and sour soup, so I looked up your
Pho..... and this is what I found, and I was saying it wrong also. Even if only in my head.

Pho (pronounced "fuh") is Vietnam's national dish: a fragrant noodle soup made of a rich, slow-simmered bone broth, flat rice noodles (bánh phở), fresh herbs, and thinly sliced meat (traditionally beef, phở bò, or chicken, phở gà). [1, 2, 3]

I will have to give this a try.

Thanks for posting again Brian.
