I'm finally getting around to saying Hello! I signed up a few weeks ago and have spent most of my time reading the wealth of information here and forgot my manners! My apologies!
With that said my name is Jeff and I live in Northeastern Wisconsin, even farther north than the famed Frozen Tundra! Maxie is the beagle who has been running my life for 9 years now.
I've been using a Weber kettle for many years, and Weber Genesis since they were invented. I bought an MES30 last fall for making sausage, but it is being used more often for ribs, salmon, chicken, and butts! I have an18 lb. brisket in the fridge right now which is destined to become beef brisket and pastrami. Next project on the list will be bacon (Thanks to Navigator's recent post).
