Hey all I’m new to the smoking world! Glad to join and learn. I will be purchasing a Oklahoma Joe bronco pro when they decide to release them... so it may be a while. I am ready to get to learning the ropes.

Welcome. Just looked at that smoker on the OK Joe web site. Interesting looking. What made you decide on that one?

I looked at the smaller version on YouTube and all of the guys using it on there said it was a great smoker. I saw that they had an orange one and it has a larger basket for charcoal. I love the color and figured the bigger basket would make for longer cooks without having to move the grate and meat to add more charcoal.
