I just recently started smoking meat this year, I use a 24" smoke vault propane smoker. I've had some home runs and I've had some Duds. I'm from Indiana, work for the railroad and enjoy the simple life. I've read a lot on here and I've decided to finally join. Nice to meet you all, Happy Thanksgiving!
