Hello everyone. I recently purchased a Masterbuilt 40" digital electric smoker. I am new to smoking meats. I run an outdoor website, and teach classes in edible and medicinal plants, and wilderness survival. I am an avid hunter, and plan to smoke as much wild game as chicken, beef, and pork. I am sure I will have plenty of questions on time and temp, as well as chip types. I do not believe in trying to recreate the wheel.
