Glad I've found this sight. I am a middle aged construction worker that enjoys bbq. Hope to compete someday when kids get a bit older so I have more time. Until then I'll just jave to perfect my receipes ans techniques. I currently use a UDS that I built at a cost of $35 and my Char Griller Duo5050. I live in Alton Illinois which is 20 miles or so north of St Louis on the Mississippi river.
