I've been a member/lurker for almost a year now, so I figure a quick introduction was in order. My names Dusty and I live in Tucson, AZ. I've been smoking for a little over a year now and most of what I have learned has been from this site and trial and error. I hunt a lot, so my main interest is in smoking wild game. These cactus fed critters in Arizona don't taste as good as the corn fed ones from back home in Michigan...until you add a little smoke to them.
