Hello all......first smoke

Hey All, Hoss from Regina SK, Canada here. I've been creeping SMF for a while but have never posted. I just received 2 smokers for Christmas. A MES30 and a Masterbuilt gasser. I have an AMNPS and will be modding both smokers in the near future. Planning on an under burner mount on the gasser and a mailbox mod on the MES. Thoughts?

Today I am working on my first smoke, bacon wrapped meatloaf.I used 2 pounds of ground beef, a couple eggs and whatever else sounded good to the boss.

I put it in the MES at 240°....hopefully it works out as it is -20°C here today haha
