New to this site and forum but been smoking meats a lot of years.   I posted something just now on a beef forum discussing smoking brisket in my masterbuilt electric smoker.

I got some great advice from some of your members and my first brisket turned out great.    I asked some more questions and hope to hear back soon.

Been doing great chicken and ribs for years but new to brisket and your site was very helpful.    Just now trying to figure out how to navigate the site and forums.

Glad to know that folks are eager to share info and I am ready to do the same.
