Hi All,

My name is Ryan and I bought a MES from Sam's Club for Fathers Day.  I have to say this smoker sure is easy to clean, use, and opperate.  I have smoked with the MES four times twice I purchased vacum sealed pork buts and made pulled pork and once I spatchcocked a 18 lb bird that was brined in cranberry-pomgranate juice and I made pork ribs with a maple syrup mustard glaze.  With some hints from this forum all ventures were excellent.  I look forward to smoking more things in the future and love all of the tips and advice given on this site.  I will continue to refer the forum as a resources for my cooking ventures, but I also want to provide some information for those who have questions.   I admit I am no expert, but I certainly have lots of fun and am learning along the way.
